Yes. OVAL is IP65 rated, meaning it is protected against dust and rain and is designed for outdoor use. It operates reliably in temperatures from –20°C to 55°C. For optimal long-term performance, we recommend avoiding prolonged, direct exposure to intense sunlight whenever possible.

Primary Power (AC):
OVAL is designed to run primarily on an 8–24V AC doorbell power supply using a 30VA transformer, which is required for full smart doorbell functionality.
USB-C Power:
OVAL can also be powered via USB-C (5V / 3A) using a standard USB-C power adapter.

No. Visitors cannot see or hear you unless you actively initiate two-way video or audio communication. You are always in control of when sight or sound is shared.
