Due to strong demand, some OVAL pre-orders may experience extended fulfillment timelines. Estimated delivery windows may exceed 100 days, depending on production and logistics.

We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed along the way. If you place a pre-order through our website, you may request a refund at any time before shipment.

Your support allows OVAL to stay focused on building a high-quality product and delivering the experience we've promised.

Pre-Orders

How it works:

  • Place your pre-order directly on the OVAL website
  • You'll receive a confirmation email after checkout
  • Pre-orders receive priority access as devices become available

Deposits (if applicable):

Some pre-orders may require a refundable deposit, which will be applied to your final purchase price. Deposit details are shown clearly at checkout.

Updates:

We'll send periodic email updates with shipping estimates and important milestones. Please ensure your email address is accurate.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment by contacting OVAL Support. Any refundable deposit will be returned within 5–7 business days.

Free Standard Shipping (U.S.)

Free standard shipping is included for all orders within the continental United States.

Processing & Delivery:

  • Orders typically process within 2–3 business days once in stock
  • Standard delivery is approximately 7 business days after shipment
  • Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships
  • Some locations may require additional transit time

Returns

30-Day Returns

You may return OVAL within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the device is returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

How to return:

Start a return through our Returns Center using your order number and email address. A prepaid return label will be provided.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Non-returnable items:

Customized or modified products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects.

Restocking Fees

  • No restocking fee for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • No fee for unopened, unused returns within 7 days of delivery
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply to opened returns
  • A 25% restocking fee may apply to damaged or heavily used items

Any applicable fee will be deducted from your refund.
