OVAL Limited Product Warranty

What This Warranty Covers

OVAL stands behind the products we build. This Limited Warranty applies to the OVAL AI & IoT Hub ("Product") purchased directly from OVAL or from an authorized retailer. It covers defects in materials and workmanship when the Product is used as intended under normal conditions.

Warranty Period

This Warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
It applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.

Using OVAL as Intended

For this Warranty to remain valid, the Product must be installed, used, and maintained according to OVAL's instructions and documentation. Proper installation and care help ensure the best performance—and protect your coverage.

Your Data

If your Product requires service, replacement, or repair, OVAL may not be able to retain or recover data stored on the device. Please back up any important data before submitting the Product for service. OVAL is not responsible for data loss, corruption, or recovery.

Warranty Instructions

To benefit from this Warranty, the Product must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines as outlined in the included instruction manual. Proper installation and maintenance are essential for optimal operation.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This Warranty does not apply to:

• Products without valid proof of purchase.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, improper installation, or use outside of intended guidelines.
• Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, including scratches, dents, or normal wear.
• Damage caused by environmental conditions or natural events.
• Consumable components (such as batteries), unless the failure results from a defect in materials or workmanship.
